Not much of a change in "Under Contract" sales which is a the nationwide trend too we are looking very closely at this number for a broad change in the market.

"Withdrawn" listings are still at a high point and increased again this month. Probably due to the fact that some just can't keep reducing the price of the home, without incurring a financial loss.

"Expireds" dropped this month campared to last month. This is a good indication that the market is actually picking up a bit. But, for the Green Valley area this would be expected since this is considered the high selling season.

Real Estate in Green Valley and Sahuarita Arizona is still a bargain as compared to others parts of the West and is a very strong choice for your retirement home.
